Our condo is beautiful with high end appliances, high ceilings, and plenty of storage space. We love the open concept, the beautiful kitchen and awesome master bathroom. Scott and Travis have been very helpful.
Element at Mill Creek is the best! When I decided to start shopping for a condo, I came here first and decided not to bother looking elsewhere. The choices of floor plan were so numerous and creative. I very quickly found one that was just for me! I loved the materials that Christopher offers -- tiles, flooring, cabinets, light fixtures, etc. were all very tasteful and worked together to make wonderful condos. The staff who worked with buyers are committed to making the purchase and move-in easy. I am very excited about the amenities that are coming to the Element, especially the walking path, party room, and exercise center. It is really nice to be able to get onto Route 50 so quickly. I am so very happy here -- I walk around my condo with a big smile on my face.
The Element is our perfect home away from home. It gives us close proximity to our kids, BWI, the amenities of Annapolis, a safe and secure place on the 'other side of the bridge' from our main home in Delaware.
What can we say about our new home? It is a fabulous place to live! The architectural design captures, and maximizes natural sunlight, while the building and our unit provide the privacy of a spa like retreat. We feel extremely fortunate to be here, located near everything Annapolis offers – the best restaurants, parks, and shopping, and highways for quick escapes to beaches, to visit family and friends, and to explore via car, train and planes. Every day brings new friends and activities, and we look forward to even more amenities as the Community grows.
Having purchased and moved into a beautiful unit in Building C at The Element at Mill Creek, we are thrilled with the Condominium, Amenities, and extremely helpful and attentive Staff!! We highly recommend this Christopher property to all looking for a quality 55+ residence!

Scott and Viktoria have gone above and beyond to help me make my new home uniquely mine. The finishes, style and storage space have created a bright and cheerful home that we enjoy. The professional team ensured the move was smooth and on time. My pup and I enjoy the walking path and I look forward to what’s on the way. I have lived and worked in Annapolis for years so finding Element in my hometown was a nice surprise!
The Element - a great combination of benefits: hospitable neighbors, first-tier construction, ready proximity to Route 50 with a direct shot into downtown Annapolis and DC as well as easy access to the Eastern Shore and topped off with very reasonable condo fees. Made a superb decision in choosing the Element!
We are very happy with our new condo. Less maintenance condo living makes life more enjoyable. Amenities so far are great - we are looking forward to the next phases to be completed! Scott, Viktoria, and company have made our transition go smoothly. All in all we’re very glad we made the move!
I love my new condo! Before choosing Element at Mill Creek, I looked at about 10 other residences. My absolute immediate needs were these: 1) trees, 2) an elevator, and 3) security. Then, as I looked at place after place, I added more: 4) I wanted the option of sheltered parking, 5) I did not want to look out my window into my neighbor’s window, and 6) I wanted to be around grownups, mature people who have some leisure time to be friendly. I found everything I wanted at Element, plus a wonderful “support” staff, a delightful hometown shopping center a mile away, and a gorgeous new home to boot. (My sister’s favorite feature is the trash disposal room on each floor, no bringing it out in winter!) I am very happy to be here.
