The promotion is for contracts ratified between 1/1/2026 – 12/31/2026. Buyer must mention referral upon first visit to the community. Referring party must be a verified homeowner.
**Referred purchaser must be a first-time visitor. Referral bonus paid upon closing of the referring homeowner. Cannot be combined with a realtor co-op. The referral shall constitute procuring cause for sale. Referral payment treated as taxable income. Referred purchaser agrees to provide social security number or tax ID number. Referred purchaser must also be verified by current homeowner and recorded by community sales manager prior to purchase. $2,500 credit applicable only between 1/1/2026 – 12/31/2026.
